I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the lack of resolution regarding my pending refund (Reference No. 23964290101020160 / Query NH78052497429208).
Despite multiple calls to your customer service team, I have not received any effective support. I continue to be transferred between the hotel booking and flight booking departments without anyone addressing the issue or providing an update.
Please investigate this matter urgently and arrange for the refund to be processed immediately.
