A new Aquagaurd was installed in March 2026; the model was Aspire Nova RO+ UV+Alkaline + SS 2X. Sl. No. 1235901063010285; product code is GWPDARU2X00BOO. Now, within 4 months, it is giving all sorts of problems. Using a TDS meter, the reading is only 14, well below the desired range of 150 to 250, which is a warning to the consumer. When contacting the service No., it shows an older version that was already uninstalled a long time ago. It should have been entered in the system immediately after installation, which substantiates laxity on the part of the company, for which we, the consumers, experience hardship. As the system is not showing the newly installed Aquagaurd, they expressed their inability to provide service straightaway. This put me in a very awkward position, suffering from a lack of filtered water, having incurred a handsome amount behind this new Aquagaurd. So, instead of a bona fide customer, I was left to feel wretched, with awful, rock-bottom service and a lack of all sorts of cooperation and mannerisms expected from the service provider. I hope you wil take a note of such ill-treatment and take proper action.
