Respected Sir,
For your kind information my daughter Jhuman Mukherjee residing at
Medipalli,Hyderabad submitted a consumer complaint
through e-jagriti Platform on 23/02/2025 for which details are given below.Even after six
months status of my complaint shows under scrutiny and not getting Date of Hearing
allocation from Hyderabad District consumer redressal Commission.
.I have not appointed any Lawyer for this purpose which may be a reason for delay for
getting Date of Hearing allocation.
I filed the complaint alleging deficiency in service against
Star Health and Allied Insurance Co Limited the OP that my insurance medical claim for
treatment of my aged father Swapan Kumar Mukherjee was rejected unjustifiably by OP despite having a valid
policy.
You are requested kindly to advise me to do needful to get Date of Hearing allocati.
