Non-Payment for Digital Marketing Services and Cheating
I am the proprietor of Nav Technologies, Delhi, providing digital marketing and advertising services.
Mr. Sabir Ahmad (Ph. No. +91 7039027776, 8011959930, 8898240954), owner of 24x7 Home Facility Services and Irin Maid Solutions, contacted me through WhatsApp for digital marketing work. In May 2026, he assigned Google Ads campaigns for two different businesses. I completed the work for both. He paid Rs 7,000 for one company- Google Ads, confirming our business relationship, but deliberately did not pay Rs 7,000 for the second company- Google Ads despite repeated reminders.
Thereafter, he assigned me additional work, including Instagram and Facebook Campaign Ads, Google Business Profile Creation, Visiting Card Design, Letterhead Design, and 2 Months Social Media Management. I completed and delivered all the agreed services.
After receiving and using the services, Mr. Sabir Ahmad intentionally avoided making the remaining payment. Despite several reminders through WhatsApp and phone calls, he has failed to clear my legitimate dues. The total outstanding amount is Rs 22,150.
I possess complete evidence, including WhatsApp conversations, invoice, work delivery proofs. These records clearly establish our business dealings and show that he knowingly obtained professional services without paying the agreed amount.
I request the concerned authority to investigate this matter, take appropriate legal action against the accused, and assist me in recovering my pending payment.
