I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the handling of my chit (Group/Ticket: KHAT11Z-26) at the Hanamkonda-1 branch.
Despite joining the chit on 30th July 2024 and providing all requested property and government security proofs, I have faced consistent negligence and lack of transparency. Specifically:
1. Delay in Disbursement: After withdrawing the chit in February 2025, I was kept waiting for nearly 5 months despite providing all necessary documentation. Finally, they informed me that the chit was given to someone else due to improper documents.
2. Again, I withdrew the chit in November 2025 despite providing all necessary documentation and completing the mortgage of my flat in Hyderabad.
3. Undisclosed Deductions: A sum of 29,45,000 was deposited into my account, which is 55,000 less than the agreed amount. The Branch Manager later claimed this was for GST, despite me being told from day one that no such charges would apply.
4. Lack of Communication: These charges were never communicated to me in writing or verbally until after the deduction was made.
I am frustrated by this experience and no longer wish to continue my association with the branch. I am requesting:
- A certified, detailed breakdown of the 55,000 deduction.
- The immediate initiation of the process to cancel my chit.
- The return of my original Hyderabad flat documents and the execution of a Release of Mortgage (Deed of Reconveyance).
I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution within 7 days. If this matter is not resolved, I will be forced to escalate it to the Registrar of Chits and the Consumer Forum.
