My brother has booked a parcel from Andhrapradesh-523230 to Madurai -625001 on 20.02.2026. Through tracking it was showing the item will be delivered by 25.02.2026. I have been following up the matter with customer care since the date of delivery. Neitger the agent contacted me nor the customer care is providing the delivery contact number. I have emailed the support team to provide me contact details so that i can reach the office. They were not disclosing anything about my delivery item. As it is food package it is going to be spoiled if it stays long. So i plead to escalate this matter through proper channel and take appropriate action towards their non response
