I placed an order for women kurti on 11/03/2026 (Order No.923524) from Moongoddesscouture by prepayment of Rs. 807.46 as per the instructions given by the moongoddesscouture team.
But the product is not delivered till date. This shop authorities did not pick the calls made by me. I sent my query via email and did not get any response.
After that I contacted them through their website and they sent me an email that the product will be delivered without mentioning when.
When I went through social media platforms, I found that so many customers posted content regarding their bitter experience encountered with the moongoddesscouture team as neither they deliver the product nor refund the prepaid amount to the customers.
I also feel like these guys have no professional ethics and purposely cheating customers.
Please consider my request with most concerns as no more customers will be cheated in future
