On 07/12/2025, I placed an order for a Singer sewing machine from Manju Trading Co. (Regd.), Katra Sher Singh, Furniture Market, Amritsar, Punjab. I paid an advance of ₹2,000 in cash and received a receipt/challan. More than 8 months have passed, but the machine has not been delivered. Despite repeated visits and phone calls, the seller has neither delivered the machine nor provided any satisfactory response. I request that the seller immediately deliver the sewing machine or refund my advance amount of ₹2,000. I also request appropriate action against the seller for deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.
