I purchased a new laptop from Croma, and as part of the offer, I was promised a complimentary laptop bag. At the time of purchase, the bag was not available in-store, and I was assured it would be provided on a specific date. However, even after that date passed and repeated follow-ups over the next 15 days, the store continues to claim that the bag is unavailable.
This delay and failure to fulfill the promised accessory amounts to misleading the customer and poor service. I request immediate action to ensure the delivery of the promised laptop bag or appropriate compensation. I also seek accountability from Croma for not honoring their commitment.
