This is to bring to light about a Surat based online and offline shop named Anant Tex Exports. I brought a lehenga, amounting to Rs 3594.40 on 11th Jan 2025. After a few days I tried contacting them over mail and call, but it wasn't reverted back.
Now it has been more than a month and neither I have received the product nor the refund for their inability to ship the product. Need help to atleast get my refund back.
