I placed Order #37333 on 24 July 2026 on the website ditchtheguilt.fit, operated by Nepenthe Coffee and Chocolates Private Limited (CIN: U15400MH2021PTC358007). I paid the full amount of ₹267.00 via UPI through Razorpay (Payment ID: pay_ThIoiMiwPKSt94) on 24 July 2026 at 3:42 PM IST.
It has been over 12 days since payment. The order has not been shipped, no tracking ID has been provided, and I have received no response to my emails requesting an update or refund. The company's listed customer support channels do not respond.
On researching further, I found this is not an isolated incident. Numerous other consumers have publicly documented the identical pattern — payment collected, no delivery, no response, and in several cases customers being blocked on WhatsApp/Instagram after requesting refunds. This is evidenced on Trustpilot (68+ reviews, majority 1-star), ConsumerComplaints.in, and an active thread on ConsumerCourt.net titled "Ditch the guilt did a scam," spanning complaints from November 2025 through July 2026.
