I placed an online order from Littlebox and made a prepaid payment. The tracking status shows that the order has been delivered, but I have not received the parcel. I have already contacted the seller and courier service, but no proper response or resolution has been provided. This is a clear case of deficiency in service and unfair trade practice. I request the authority to help me in getting a refund or delivery of my order immediately.
