I placed an order for a mobile phone through Flipkart, and the promised delivery date has already been exceeded by 4 days. Despite repeated follow-ups with customer support, the product has still not been delivered to my address.

Instead of arranging proper doorstep delivery as promised during the purchase, Flipkart representatives are now asking me to personally visit and collect the product from their warehouse/hub location. This is completely unacceptable and against the delivery commitment made at the time of placing the order.

I paid for the product with the expectation of home delivery service. Asking a customer to travel and collect the item from the warehouse after delaying the delivery has caused significant inconvenience, mental stress, and waste of time.

I request the Consumer Court to:

1. Direct Flipkart to immediately deliver the product to my registered address without further delay.
2. Take action against the unfair trade practice and deficient service provided by Flipkart.
3. Provide suitable compensation for the inconvenience, mental agony, and delay caused.

I am attaching the order details, screenshots of delivery status, and communication with customer support as supporting evidence. I have reached out to support team and escalation team multiple times, but still no resolution provided.
