Myself Ms. Sasmita Mishra , consumer of the INDANE - BIRAJA GAS AGENCY , JAJPUR TOWN. CONSUMER NO:18272795
I have repeatedly been deined of any booking despite me , booking for the LPG GAS . The delivery man is selling the gas being booked by his own and i am getting the delivery messages without the gas being delivered to me. This is repeatedly being marked since 3 months and even after recurrent bookings.
ON CALL TO THE SALES OFFICER MR.NAYAN SOREN CONT:9078066429 , the call has never been accepted since issue.
In this crucial moments of shortage / limited delivery of GAS , these unethical practices of the gas agency needs to be addressed on urgent basis.
Therefore , i request my complaint to be addressed with stringent actions on the Gas Agency for smooth functioning of my home and cooking needs.
