I placed an order on 1/5/2026 (12:50 AM) with Order ID 236546742364425. The order was marked as delivered, but I did not receive the food.

Despite raising a complaint through the app from Swiggy side they cancelled the order and initiated for refund, but the issue has not been resolved. I didn’t receive the food, unable to track the delivery person and also I have been waiting for the food more than 1:30 hrs. I am really frustrated because of this issue. From Swiggy customer support they said refund will be processed within 2 hrs, but still we have not yet got proper response. So I request you to kindly investigate and process my refund at the earliest.

If this is not resolved soon, I will be forced to escalate this issue through consumer forums.
