I am writing to file a formal complaint against an online seller Fathis Designs(www.fathisdesigns.com) for non-delivery of dress material I ordered.
On January 7, 2025, I placed an order for the above mentioned item through their website as stated above, and made a payment of INR 2142 via PhonePe.
However, the item has not been delivered to me till date.

Despite multiple attempts to contact the seller and raise the issue through Instagram, email and Phone calls, I have received no response or resolution.
I believe this is a clear case of unfair trade practice and negligence.

I request the consumer court to kindly look into this matter and help me receive a full refund. I am attaching all the documents for your reference:
