Dear Sir/Madam,

I, Lokesh, placed and fully paid for Order GS-110728 on your website (www.greensoul.online) on September 29, 2025 for the following products:

  • Trigger 2.0 Height Adjustable Standing Desk with Integrated Wireless Charging Ergonomic Design Table Top (5.3 Ft) - Black - Rs. 18,990
  • Green Soul Blade Ergonomic Gaming Chair - Gaming Black - Rs. 8,990
    Total order value: Rs. 25,182.00 (invoice and payment screenshot attached)
Despite fulfillment updates dated September 30, 2025 ("Fulfilled" status, Clickpost ref #22077210311043), neither product has been delivered to me as of today’s date. Furthermore, I have not received any refund for the undelivered items.

Additional Points:
  • I made the full payment on 29th September 2025, trusting in your commitment.
  • The estimated delivery date was 6th October 2025. Despite this, as of today (14th October 2025), neither the product has been delivered nor has any proper explanation or resolution been provided, causing me significant inconvenience.
  • The shipment tracker shows conflicting statuses, including "order slightly delayed," repeated transit, and—wrongly—"shipment refused or cancelled by receiver," which I categorically deny.
  • As a result, I have suffered both mental stress and financial loss. I relied on the timely receipt of this order for my essential needs, and the failure to deliver has disrupted my plans and caused avoidable anxiety and hardship.
I have made multiple attempts to resolve the issue through your customer support, but my grievance remains unresolved.
