I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the inconvenience caused during my recent journey from Tiruchirappalli to KSR Bengaluru on 17th November 2024. My ticket was booked for Coach S2, Seat 56. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the S2 coach was not available on the train.

I received a call from the railway authorities stating that an extra coach had been added, and I could travel in that coach. Unfortunately, no such extra coach was present, and I was directed by the TTE to travel in the unreserved coach instead. This caused significant inconvenience and discomfort, as I had booked a reserved seat in good faith expecting a hassle-free journey.

This incident reflects poorly on the coordination and communication within the system and has left me deeply disappointed.
 
Hello @Prabakaran Ji,

Before filing case in the Consumer Forum, I suggest you to contact the IRCTC and ask them for the refund.

Wait for their response, and if they are not giving you any refund, File a case in your nearest Consumer Forum..
