Dear Sir,
I had purchased an Aqua Guard Blaze Insta UV+UF Hot & Ambient Water Purifier from Eureka Forbes in 2024. As the AMC had expired and filter water tap (cold)was not workin I raised a service complaint on Call Center phone number 18602661177. As advised by the operator, I immediately concluded an AMC and requested him for lodging a complaint about the defect. On the same day, Mr. Arun Kumar Jondalagatti, service engineer fro the company visited my house and informed that the tap lever was defective and said that it may take a couple of days to repair it. That day night, water stopped flowing from hot water tap also, thus filtered water was unable to my family. Next day I downloaded Eureka Forbes app on my mobile phone and lodged a service complaint. As per the app, I was given a time slot of 1-3 pm for service enginner's visit. No one turned up on that day and Mr. Jondalagatti did not take several calls I made to him. On 13th, I phoned the call center to inform them of the developments. However, there is no provision to speak to operator, as only recorded replies are received. Hence, I sent an email to customercare@eurekaforbes.com on 13th Oct, to which I was asked to provide details of model, purchase invoice, AMC etc. I sent all details sought by them by email on the same day at 2.24 pm.
Since I did not receive any reply to my email of 13th Oct, I sent a reminder email on 14th Oct at 5.01 pm. However I am yet to receive a reply from the company, nor has any service engineer visited my house attending to the complaint/service request despite several emails, and trying to contact the firm on mobile/landline numbers 3348071876, 7039883333, 18602661177, and 02246147852. I am spending hundreds of rupees everyday for purchase of mineral water from the local market since 09th Oct, despite having a newly concluded AMC @ rs. 3149/- per annum. I have included Cost of water filter ie., Rs. 17378/- + Cost of AMC ie., Rs. 3149/- + cost of 10 ltrs mineral water purchased per day for 6 days Rs. 720/- (@ Rs. 20/- per ltr for 60 ltrs til now) = 21247/-.
