This is Ankit Mishra I Recently Taken A Jio Fiber Connection before 1 month and Taken a plan of 2222Rs. For 4 Month. My User id is 2507963447.
Sales Person Visit at My Premises He done a All paper Work and KYC.
After 3 days one of Your Engginer Visit and Install the Setup. He Demands 600 Rs for Concile Wire Connection I am Denied for That and do it from my End.
So Due to That Argument he is not Coperate me. He install my Setup and without giving a demo He left the Society.
After 2 Week of Installation due to Rain my Services are Totally Stopped for that I am Given a multiple Complaint and Taken a Follow up but Still is not Resolved, after 15 days yesterday one of the Engginer Visited and check the connection he said the Wire has been Broken outside I m Repair that and The Services will be Restored in 1hrs. Now more than 24hrs has been Gone but Still Facing a issue of no Connection from last 25 Days. Also the Person Visited he said there is no Proper response of Jio Fiber you Should go for Other Operator Like Airtel or local Wifi like DNA.
I called him 50 Times but He never pick my call so now I m Fedup with this type of Pathetic Service so Please Taken your all Accessories back and Refund my Money. Because more than 25 days had been gone Issue is still Same. So I have no need of Service like Jio Air Fiber.
I visited a Near by office they Told me Disconnect your Connection becoz we Not get the Problem.
So Pls I need Proper Solution if they Not Resolve the Issue I need my Money Back i.e 2222 which is Paid by me in Advance and Also of Rs 500 Paid to Electricion for Concile Wiring.
