Here i raising service complaint against MarQ AC purchased by flipkart.
Order no- OD437829048696678100
I have faced lots of issues from the day i purchased AC from Flipkart.
Copper Pipe was missed with box. Installation team charged extra for pipe and related parts.
Flipkart refunded money after 2 months.
Now outdoor unit stopped working and i lodged complaint at the brand on 10 August. But no solution after 15 days.
I am continuously asking support team but no solution and no escalation from Support team.
Kindly arrange to resolve Issue.
