Hello,

I have purchased the GenAI Master Program from Edureka on Jan 23rd 2026, for Rs.280000 from Fibe Personal Company.

Course Includes :
1. Data Science with Python Certification Course
2. Agentic AI Certification Training Course
3. Artificial Intelligence Certification Course
4. LLM Prompt Engineering Certification Course

I have attended only the Data Science with Python Certification Course due to my work schedule. I couldn't continue to join the other courses. When I try now, it is not showing any data. I got a chance to select the 'LLM Prompt Engineering Certification Course'.

When the course started, I didn't get any invitation to attend the course. Now, when I am trying to call customer care, they are not picking up the call.

The rest of the courses have no data at all.

Relief Sought: I request the Consumer Forum to intervene and direct Edureka to provide one of the following immediate resolutions:

1. Allow me to take the course.
2. Else, Provide me the full refund which I have paise for the course.

We have carefully reviewed the details of your complaint against Edureka (Brain4ce Education Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) and SVNA Veranda Enterprises, Bengaluru.

Despite sending a follow-up email to learner.support@edureka.co and attempting to reach their customer care at +91 89517 55400, you received no response from either channel.

You are seeking either immediate access to the remaining courses or a full refund of the amount paid for the inaccessible portions of the program.
