I am very frustated worst shopping app I never Amazon will do like this first I ordered that Asian shoes for wedding but the product is little different from original photo on Amazon the down souls of the show are black but I received red and it was looking very bad so I take a dicision to return it and the return was accepted deleviry boy came and picked my order I also got notifications from Amazon and then the refund date was on March 7 2026 and the order was picked up on 22 February 2026 then I thought that it's very long period of time but I waited till the date but then I also didn't received my refund then I called on customer service on the further dates maybe 10 times first five times they told that please contact on ofm specialist team I also tried but no reply and then after I called them again the reply is that I have returned them wrong product but how believe and if it was wrong then they picked up and if they picked then it is wrong then return it to me what wrong item I send and give me some photos that I also know that what I send to them this is why rich people become more richer and poor people become more poorer please if you find this please help me I wasted my money on Amazon order ID 402-8660439-146672
