Make My Trip booked a International Holiday Tour for me and wife to Schengen Countries. Make My Trip applied for Schengen Visa through France Embassy which was refused resulting forceful cancellation of Tour. I paid them running advance of Rs 225291.94. Make My Trip charges cancellation charges of Rs 225291.94 full running advance paid. Since, the cancellation was due to refusal of Visa as force Majeure . So, they should refund the amount paid.
