Need advice on taking VFS Global to consumer court. On 30-09-2024, Rs. 5098.00 was debited from my HDFC card for a booking, but my VFS dashboard still shows "No Application(s) Found." I have received neither an appointment confirmation nor a refund.
Tried a lot with the customer car but the service is terrible, said that we'll resolve the issue, at last they just drifted off without an explanation. Literally, didn't even gave a explanation that why didn't they gave me my refund.
