Recently I Order Two Shirt From zayraapparel my Order and i received poor quality product from there site i try to return this product to zayraapparel but notthing reply from there side number's i emailed but nothing happend my Order Number 86459 and delivery Courier Number is Delhivery 8740026871702 tracking number

I have buy 3 shirts from this site totally fraud with me rs.812 loss after no response from this customer support ….no refund…product quality like a footpath type
 
They are totally managed by automated bots. Within a few hours of booking order, they send a message on whatsapp confirming. within 5 hours they send confirmation of despatch and then the ball is in the courier's court - Parcelx. I have lost Rs.1,210/-. There is no response on email or whatsapp. the online tracking of the shipment shows 'in-transit' for the past 2 days.
Such fraudulent merchants should be made public and on all social media to prevent more gullible people from getting duped.
 
I purchased 2 shirts. I want to exchange it for size issue. Wrote at email-id provided but no response. Contact no.is not lifting the phone. Tried on whatsApp no. The last seen displaying is 7th July. Totally careless approach towards customers.
