I recently purchased a brand-new sony Bravia 3 ( 65 inches ) TV from Harsha, Shimoga, and the installation experience was extremely disappointing. The technician showed irresponsible behavior and spoke rudely, especially when dealing with single ladies in the house. He was rude, arrogant, and completely unwilling to help, and behaved as if he was doing us a favour. Instead of explaining the setup properly , he rushed through everything and showed no basic courtesy or professionalism.
His attitude was disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Instead of providing proper assistance, he behaved in a way that made us feel uncomfortable. For a premium brand, this is completely unacceptable. A new purchase should feel exciting, not stressful. I strongly request company to take strict action and ensure such behaviour is not repeated with any customer.
For a trusted store like Harsha, this kind of installation service is shocking. I strongly request the management to take immediate action so that no customer—especially women at home alone—has to go through such an experience again.
