I have taken a Jio fibre connection for my home, under my father's number. I took the subscription for 3 months, there is constant internet disruption and I have reached out to the Jio customer care and also put them a mail they keep saying that the issue will be resolved and a technician will visit to check the issue. Its been 3 months but no has come and the issue has got even worse, now its directly shows no internet connection. Upon reaching out to the customer care they said they escalate it and get it resolved but nothing has happened and issue is the same not resolved.

Hello @Ashokb

I'm sorry to hear about your ongoing issues with Jio AirFiber. Based on the details, it appears that despite subscribing to a 3-month plan, you've experienced constant internet disruptions. Despite multiple contacts with Jio's customer care and assurances of technician visits, the problem persists, culminating in a complete loss of internet connectivity.
