I have taken a Jio fibre connection for my home, under my father's number. I took the subscription for 3 months, there is constant internet disruption and I have reached out to the Jio customer care and also put them a mail they keep saying that the issue will be resolved and a technician will visit to check the issue. Its been 3 months but no has come and the issue has got even worse, now its directly shows no internet connection. Upon reaching out to the customer care they said they escalate it and get it resolved but nothing has happened and issue is the same not resolved.

We are mentioning the procedure for all the Jio Fiber Customers facing connectivity issues and not getting response even after complaining on the Jio AirFiber customer care.
  1. Document All Communications: This is the first step, as you need to submit all the signed documents when you file your case in the Consumer Forum
    • Keep a record of all interactions with Jio, including dates, times, and summaries of conversations.
    • Save any emails or messages exchanged with customer support.
  2. Escalate Within Jio:
    • If standard customer service are not solving your connectivity problem, escalate the issue to JIO higher authorities via EMAIL.
  3. File a Complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH): Many customers get response after submitting complaint with NCH.
    • Phone: 1800-11-4000 or 1915
  4. Send a Formal Legal Notice: If you have not received any reply or you still facing the problem.
    • Draft a legal notice detailing the issue, Jio Customer Care's inadequate response, and your demand for resolution and compensation.
    • This can be done through a lawyer or by contacting our team that offer legal notice services.
    • Note: Always send notice via Registered Post only.
  5. File a Complaint with the Consumer Forum:

Hi Team,

I am currently using the JioFiber 100 Mbps plan. My billing date is on the 21st of every month. My internet service was disconnected on the 21st of this month, so I recharged my account on the 22nd with an amount of ₹857.08. Immediately after the recharge, the connection was activated successfully.

However, today (24th), I am again facing the same issue, and my internet service has been stopped. I am concerned because the payment has already been completed, yet the service has been disconnected once again.

Please look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest. I have attached the payment screenshot and the error screenshot for your reference.

I would also appreciate an explanation regarding why this issue has occurred repeatedly despite the successful payment, as this has caused significant inconvenience.

Hi Team,

I contacted JioFiber customer support again today at around 11:20 AM. During the call, I was assured that my issue would be resolved within two hours and that my internet connection would be restored. I was also promised that such issues would not occur again in the future.

However, my internet connection is still not activated, and the issue remains unresolved. Despite contacting customer support and the escalation team multiple times, I have not received a satisfactory resolution.

Due to the continuous service disruption and poor support experience, I no longer wish to continue using JioFiber services. I request you to kindly cancel my JioFiber connection and process the refund for the unused service period at the earliest.

As I am working from home, the prolonged interruption in internet service has severely affected my office work. I would like to switch to another internet service provider, and therefore I request you to process my refund as soon as possible.

I have already raised a complaint in the Consumer Forum regarding this issue.

Kindly treat this matter as urgent and provide an update on the cancellation and refund process.
