Hi my Air fiber account number +91-3552314283.
The most funniest part is there is an outage from past 6 months since I have the connection and the jio engineer are still working on it ....I call cust service 100 times and without any further update IVR just says they are having problems and engineering are working on it and disconnect my call .
I want to disconnect the connection and damn aid I have no options to do so....I go to the store and they say you need to contact the one who installed my device and that son of a b*tc* never picks up the phone ..
Please suggest what should I do .
