I purchased two men's cotton shirts from Zayra Apparel on 28th July 2026.
Also I paid for the same through UPI for an amount of Rs.288.50. I have attached the screenshot of the payment for your reference.
I got the order confirmation email and then order number is 153114 immediately after making the payment.
But after that , since yesterday, there is no update on the order status and also no-one is picking the consumer helpline number on 9898842038.
On checking out the other reviews, I realised that I am also one of their another target.
You are kindly requested to take strict action against the Zayra Apparel company and arrange for the refund of the amount of Rs. 288.50 to the original source of payment.
