Policy taken on 16th July, rejected on 17th July but niva bupa is saying refund initiated but I didn't get amount in my sbi account,I paid online through debit card.i mailed multiple Times but not get any response from Niva.always says ask to your bank I visited bank also they told reference no arn no not found in our system.agent name is Pushkar wadhwa he is also not responding.
