NivaBupa rejected my mother's hospitalized claims and post and pre op related claiming it is fraudulent claims and later raised to Chennai insurance ombudsman with appearing in front of the forum and magistrate following the hearing schedule and later submitted all documents as requested by niva bupa and in CC with insurance ombudsman and later offered the award as attached stating the payment details directing to Niva Bupa which is to be done with in 30 days of award but Niva Bupa reached after 30 days asking same documents which was submitted multiple times to all of there employee involved and still not obliging the reward and delaying any action they should be taking as per directions given by Chennai OIO forum. this looks more on Niva Bupa doesnt want to comply the action and further not responding to any mails sent.
