I have booked the mentioned item on 16th January 2026 ,from Home store 18 and I had made full payment. Still now They have not delivered the product. I have Communicated with them ,unfortunately they not responded properly. I had asked for refund my money, they denied.
Please help me in this regard.

Still I am waiting for my product. Please refund my money within 48 hours. You people are cheating the customer.
If I'll not get any positive response from you by tomorrow, I'll proceed to consumer court.
