I placed an order for a pair of shoes on 1st August 2025 from the website Find Your Kicks and made a payment of ₹12,551. As per their policy, the standard delivery window is 15–20 days. However, it has now been almost a month since my order, and the product has not been delivered.
Each time I try to follow up, the customer support team only gives false assurances that the product will be shipped soon, but no genuine update has been provided. Their customer service is very poor—the only way to contact them is through a WhatsApp chat which is mostly managed by an AI auto-responder, offering no real resolution.
After going through multiple reviews on Google and Reddit, I also realized that many other customers have faced similar issues with this website. This has left me disheartened and with a strong suspicion that this website is running a fraudulent operation.
I kindly request immediate action against Find Your Kicks for failing to deliver the product within the promised timeline despite receiving full payment. I also seek urgent delivery of sneakers and compensation for the harassment caused.
