i would like to highlight the fact that i booked for an new airtel WIFI connection to my residence on21st of Sunday through airtel app , they charged rs 400/- for booking and then someone called with number 8130096435 and he said he will activated the connection etc and took several OTP's and told they can only do some fiber connection which i m not aware of exact meaning of it and then he made me pay 1100/- i did that also then he said there r no device available today so he will install it on 22nd and since then everyday they take my residence location and no one visits every time its getting rescheduled , is this the service we expect as customers i seriously regret for choosing airtel . now when i call customer care for cancellation and refund they say they cant take cancellation request also , they cant even transfer the call to manager and they r so rude on that call , seriously services r pathetic
