I bought an Godrej AC from the Flipkart on 28th April. The installation person from the Flipkart came and said output board is not working and asked me to raise a complaint with Godrej service center. The godrej service center manager mentioned that the input is 1.5TON and the output Capacity is 1 TON so they can't replace. I mailed including both Flipkart and Godrej service center manager. Flipkart is saying that the Godrej service center should provide the replacement. Godrej service says if they replace, the Indoor unit will be 1.5 TON and outdoor will be 1 TON. I didn't get any proper response from the Flipkart. It's been a month and I have to pay the EMI now. Without the AC is working why I should pay the EMI with processing fee and GST?
