I have Internet connection of net + by they didn’t provide me service from last 15 days my Internet is not working and they are not providing me any service and not giving me refund. I have recharged of 6 month . Here is message of payment

Hello @Rohit kakkar Ji,

If you are not getting service for last 15 days, you have strong reason to file a case against them.

Before filing case in the Consumer Forum, we suggest you to send an E-Mail to NetPlus with all the details and ask them to solve the problem and refund the amount, Wait for their reply for 7 days.

If not received any reply, revert us back we will then guide you the process of filing case in Consumer Forum,
