I had taken admission from planet spark for my 6year old daughter on video call and they had asked me to make fee payment on the spot or else i would not receive the benefits that they were providing if i did not make the payment on the spot. I was told that i can ask for a refund if iam not satisfied within observation period of 5classes. My child has consumed only 2-3 classes and my child is not happy with the classes and is not wanting to continue so i reached out to them and they are not ready to refund my money back. Iam attaching the email that i received on enrollment where they have clearly stated that if the parent does not wish to continue they can ask for a refund within the 5classes observation period. I have been trying but they are not ready to return my hard earned money back.
