My mobile phone 8828308693 with Airtel has been wrongly entered my name details by the company as Pattisapu Venkata Umamaheswara Rao; loss my SIM not revived by the company due to their wrong entry despite the initial documentation with my Aadhar card- name actually displays as Pattisapu Venkata Satyanarayana Prasad S/o umamamaheswara Rao. I am loyal to the number since 2016; I have presented all my documents for reviving the number which is with my daughter (minor) in USA. Even I have prepaid the charges for one month of my daughter’s stay here in India. She could not talk to me on her arrival from USA and sustained huge uncountable loss.
