Myntra, wrong product delivery and Denied to exchange and Refund issue

I bought jeans from the online shopping site Myntra. I received the product on 2-August, but when I opened the parcel and checked it, I was shocked to see the item because it was a different color, a different size, and a very poor-quality product. As per the rules, I raised a refund request online. After raising the request, I received no response from Myntra for a few days. Then I called customer care, and they told me that my request was declined because the product and delivery location had been verified.
