I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Myntra regarding the non-payment of my legitimate earnings under the Myntra Ultimate Clan Creator (UGC) program.
Despite fulfilling all my contractual obligations as a creator, Myntra has withheld my payouts for the past two months. The total outstanding amount is ₹50,000, broken down as follows:
Month 1(june)Payout: ₹25,000 (Status: Approved & Updated on Dashboard)
Month 2 (july) Payout: ₹25,000 (Status: Approved & will be Updated on Dashboard next month as per the policy)
Key Facts & Grievances:
Dashboard Confirmation: The total amount of ₹50,000 is clearly reflected as earned and approved on my official Myntra Creator Earnings Dashboard.
Lack of Resolution: I have contacted Myntra Customer Support multiple times via email and chat. Representatives only provide generic delays. They're harassing me mentally. I'm following up since 29/06/2026. I've left my previous job at amazon because of this and now they're not giving me my payout.
Breach of Trust: Withholding earned payouts constitutes a deficiency of service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Remedy Sought:
I request the intervention of the authorities to direct Myntra to:
Immediately release my pending payout of ₹50,000 to my myntra credits.
