I placed a order, Id- 133648067942632808601 against which I received delivery on 25th July
The order was properly delivered in a proper condition but when I opened the order it was a complete different product inside of the package.
When I raised the return request Myntra denied stating that a correct product has been delivered because there logistics partner claims that the right product was inside the package.
I have raised the issue twice and also mailed to there grievance team but no revert or resolution has been provided yet.
The product which was delivered has a proper myntra seal and product tag still myntra is taking no accountability or providing any resolution.
