Complaint Details:
I placed an order for a Nautica Double Bed Comforter on Myntra on 08 December. The order was confirmed, packed, and shipped the same day.
Tracking Number: SF2024938584F
As per the tracking details, the item was shipped to the nearest delivery center on 08 December, and the expected delivery date was shown as 22 December. However, till date, the product has not been delivered, and the status only shows “Delivery delayed” with no clear information.
I contacted Myntra customer care multiple times. Unfortunately:
This clearly amounts to deficiency in service and has caused inconvenience, mental stress, and loss of time. Myntra has failed to either deliver the product or provide proper support.

- One of the calls was abruptly disconnected without resolution

Relief Sought:
- Immediate delivery of the product with confirmed date
OR - Heavy compensation if fails to deliver
- Appropriate action against the service lapse
