I am writing to raise a formal grievance regarding Myntra Order ID # 1318098 78837146726903, placed on 20th December 2025 (prepaid). The item (Lip Balm) was ordered for my wife due to a medical issue and was expected to be delivered on 24th December 2025.

Please note: The Myntra account is registered with phone number 8879054506 and is under my wife’s name, Shruti Nilesh Shirishkar. I am Niliesh/Nilesh Shirishkar, and I am communicating on her behalf as she is medically unwell.

On 24th December 2025, I received a message stating that an OTP/PIN is required for delivery. I also received a call from the delivery person confirming delivery on the same day. Delivery boy number: +91 7940117777. However, the parcel was not delivered to us, and we did not share any OTP/PIN with anyone. Despite this, the Myntra app status was updated to “Delivered.” Without OTP/PIN, I do not understand how the order can be marked delivered.

I immediately contacted Myntra customer care. I was informed that the issue would be resolved by 27th December 2025 under ticket#: IN25122419164828175214. Later, I received an update stating that the parcel was delivered, which is incorrect. This communication has caused significant mental harassment and has also affected my self-respect, as I felt I was being treated as if I was lying or attempting fraud. If I intended to commit fraud, I would not have placed a prepaid order; I would have used Cash on Delivery.

Further, my experience on calls with Myntra support was extremely unprofessional. I spoke with an advisor named Shreya (spelling uncertain), and then a supervisor Ujjala/Ujwala, who was rude and disconnected the call when I requested her to spell her name. Subsequent calls with Manya were disconnected as well. Later, I spoke with Palak and informed that I was recording the call to avoid disconnection. I was then connected to a supervisor named Chitra, who informed that a new request was raised with resolution promised by 31st December 2025. Ticket provided: IN25122713452625265426. Despite this, Myntra continues to claim the parcel was delivered, while we have not received it.

I request your immediate intervention and a written resolution on priority. Kindly do one of the following without further delay:

  1. Provide complete proof of delivery (OTP/PIN confirmation logs, POD/delivery confirmation, delivery photo if available, GPS/location stamp, and delivery agent details), OR
  2. Process a full refund immediately, OR
  3. Re-deliver the product at the earliest.
This matter is urgent because the product was ordered for a medical need. I request that Myntra stop such practices that cause customers emotional distress and financial loss. We have faced mental harassment and defamation due to the incorrect “delivered” status and the manner in which the complaint has been handled.
