Dear Sir/Madam,

I am filing this complaint against Myntra regarding the sudden suspension of my account without any prior notice, justification, or proper customer support.

I have been a Myntra customer for a long time and have placed orders successfully in the past without any issue. My account was active and functioning normally. However, immediately after I placed prepaid orders worth approximately ₹13,000, my account was suddenly suspended without warning.

I was not informed in advance, nor was I given any clear reason for this action. I have never knowingly violated any Myntra policy or rule. Despite this, my account was blocked abruptly, and I lost access after placing my prepaid orders.

It has now been over one month, and I have sent hundreds of emails to Myntra seeking clarification and resolution. Unfortunately, instead of receiving any genuine help, I continue to receive only automated/generated email responses with no proper explanation, no timeline, and no actual support from their team.

This has caused me severe inconvenience, mental stress, frustration, and complete helplessness as a customer. My money is involved, my orders were affected, and despite repeated follow-ups, Myntra has failed to provide any meaningful resolution.

My concerns are:

  1. My account was suspended suddenly without any prior notice.
  2. No valid reason has been communicated to me.
  3. I have not violated any policy to the best of my knowledge.
  4. My prepaid orders worth around ₹13,000 were affected.
  5. Even after more than one month and repeated emails, I have only received automated replies with no resolution.
I request the following immediate action:

  • Immediate review and restoration of my Myntra account, OR a clear written explanation for the suspension.
  • Proper resolution regarding my affected prepaid orders and refund, if applicable.
  • A response from an actual support/escalation team member instead of automated emails.
  • Timely resolution of this matter without further delay.
I request the concerned authority to kindly intervene and help resolve this matter at the earliest.
