Dear Sir,
I, Aditya Sahu, am writing to file a formal complaint against Myntra Designs Pvt. Ltd. regarding the cancellation of my prepaid order without any prior intimation or valid justification.
I placed an order through the Myntra mobile application on 09.07.2026 with Order ID: 1335414 90325851190401, and made a prepaid payment of INR 124. However, the item was suddenly cancelled by Myntra on the scheduled delivery date without any information or consent from my side.
Upon noticing the cancellation, I immediately raised a concern with Myntra customer service regarding the undelivered product and asked why the order was cancelled. Their response was that the order was cancelled due to “technical issues” and “unforeseen circumstances”, which is vague, unsubstantiated, and does not provide any meaningful resolution.
This act of cancelling a confirmed and prepaid order without prior notice or a valid explanation amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Therefore, I request the Hon’ble Consumer Forum to kindly take appropriate action against Myntra Designs Pvt. Ltd. and issue necessary directions to:
1. Deliver the product at the same price at which it was originally ordered.
2. Provide compensation for the harassment, inconvenience, and mental stress caused due to their negligent and arbitrary cancellation.
3. Ensure such unfair practices are not repeated in the future.
