I, am writing to file a complaint against Myntra Designs Pvt. Ltd. regarding the delivery of a product. I placed two orders with an order (Order ID # 1315939 76939627446901) on November 29 which was cancelled and asked to placed another one and reason was not provided (Order ID # 1316814 89086026887801)order placed on dec 5 they cancelled without information. I immediately raised a concern about undelivered product why you cancel my order on Delivery date. However, Myntra’s customer service team cancel them in the name of technical issues and no resolution is provided (We had cancelled your order due to unforeseen circumstances).This constitutes a clear deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Therefore, I request the Hon’ble Consumer Forum to take appropriate action against Myntra and direct them to deliver my product with same price as I buy, along with compensation for harassment and inconvenience caused.
