I’ve sent multiple emails asking for delivery updates, but I only receive generic replies like “we are working on it” or “we tried calling but couldn’t connect.” The reality is no one has called me even once. I also shared my alternate number – 9426259504,9909996593 through mail, but still no response or callback.
What’s more frustrating is that the insurance and registration were already completed on 17th Aug 2026. It’s now been 25 days since that, and yet there is no sign of the vehicle being delivered.
Looking at how the delivery process is being handled, I’m seriously concerned about how Ola will respond in case of any future issues or service-related complaints. This kind of delay and lack of proper communication is very disappointing.
