I would like to report a very serious issue regarding our experience of cab from bagdogra airport to hotel sumitel ShangriLa, gangtok. This exp. involved a car accident that involved:-
1) reckless driving by driver Sujan Roy
2) careless attitude of drowsiness while driving in hilly roads
3) casual attitude of your vendor guy & car owner Chetan Gattani (+919126211111) saying "accident is natural" but it could cost us either a permanent injury or even loss of life
4) the original cab was not given, instead a poorer quality wagon r cab was given which did not have handle in door (driver casually told sir woh Tut Gaya)
We refrained ourselves from a police complaint against all parties involved although a policeman from traffic suggested us the same. We must demand full or partial refund of rs. 3705/- that we paid fully to your company already. Because this accident was not a bad luck, but was made by careless driving of sujan. Kindly escalate it &
