Dear sir / madam,
This is kaushal mehta here , father of patient Drashti Mehta , having above policy with you.
Even after providing all proper documents and also paying premiums on time , my claim is getting rejected without proper reason. After talking with sales person I came to know that it has been rejected as your approvers think that my daughter was not supposed to get admitted to hospital for her Typhoid treatment.
This is ridiculous that how come I left my daughter having enormous pain and do not treat her against such health issue. I have paid my premium on time and having sun assured of 10 Lakhs , estimated claim done by current hospital is 65k only.
Now being a salaried person , how come I pay such a big amount ?? That's the reason one buys mediclaim where any health issues arises , should be treated immediately else who wants to get suffer from hospital for 5 days or so.
Pls look into this case as till the time I don't get my claim , my daughter is at hospital only and we don't get discharge then I forcefully need to go to ombudsman and take it to higher authorities of your company also.
Pls understand no one wants to remain at hospital , how such genuine claims can be rejected from your company.
